Room terms

$150 non-refundable room fee required to book banquet room
Space is rented for up to 4 hours
All banquet room bookings must choose banquet menu options either family style or plate
Menu options must be selected 5 days prior to event
Final guest count must be provided 2 days prior to event
For family style, the host will be responsible for the cost of the food for the final guest count given 2 days prior
No outside food permitted with the exception or desserts
All tabs are subject to 20% gratuity
No separate checks
No outside music or speakers allowed
No confetti or glitter allowed
No tape or tack allowed on walls
Per person liquor packages are available upon request. If choosing liquor package, all guests 21 & up must be included in per person count
Venue must be informed if AV hook up is required
72 hour cancellation notice is required

$300 no refundable fee required to rent back half of patio
$400 non refundable fee required to rent back half of patio plus 1 fire pit
Full Patio Rental is not available

Non pop up/special events months: $150 non refundable room fee required to book space Sunday through Thursday
Non pop up/special events months: $150 non refundable room fee required to book space, plus $2,000 food & beverage minimum (excluding tax & gratuity) Friday through Saturday
During pop up/events months: $150 non refundable room fee required to book space Sunday through Thursday, plus $1,500 food & beverage minimum (excluding tax & gratuity)
During pop up/events months: $150 non refundable room fee required to book space Friday and Saturday, plus $2,500 food & beverage minimum (excluding tax & gratuity)
